Career history: Pierre-Yves Bournet joined the Bouygues Group in Paris in 1987 as Finance Director of SCREG Route et Travaux Publics. In 1994, he joined the Finance department of Losinger AG, Bern, where he held the position of Finance Director until the end of 1999. He was appointed assistant to the Group CFO at Compagnie Financière Tradition in 2000, and in 2004 was made Secretary-General.
