Career history: Robert Pennone joined Deloitte as a partner in 1975. In 1979 he partnered with Lenz law firm, Geneva, to develop Revex / Audiba until that company merged with Ernst & Whinney in 1987. He then became Deputy Director of the Swiss entity until 1989, when Ernst & Whinney merged with Arthur Young to become Ernst & Young. He was a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of Ernst & Young from 1989 until end 1993. During that time he was also a member of the Worldwide Banking Committee, and Managing Director of Ernst & Young M&A Europe. In 1994, he created Pennone & Partners SA and participated in developing the MC Securities Group. More recently, he became co-founder of Banque Bénédict Hentsch & Cie SA.
